Thank you for shopping with Good One Disposables. This policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your orders across Pakistan.

Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. For orders within Karachi, delivery is arranged directly. For orders outside Karachi, we dispatch via courier and delivery is subject to the courier's transit time.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Plain (Non-Printed) Items

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days if the item is in stock
  • Deliveries within Karachi typically arrive within 1–2 days after dispatch
  • Orders outside Karachi are dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered according to the courier's transit time to your location

Printed & Customised Items

  • Production and delivery timelines generally range from 7–15 working days depending on the product, quantity, and printing requirements
  • You will be kept informed of your order status throughout the production process

Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. For bulk and wholesale orders, delivery charges may be reduced or waived — message us on WhatsApp to confirm.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For restaurants, caterers, and event businesses ordering in bulk, delivery is arranged directly to your kitchen, restaurant, or event venue. Recurring wholesale delivery schedules can be customised — contact us on WhatsApp at 0345-2399980 or 0312-2834700 to set up a standing order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp. For orders shipped via courier, a tracking number will be shared so you can follow your delivery status.

In-Store Pickup

You are welcome to collect your order directly from our store located near Crescent Nimco, Bahadurabad, Karachi. Please confirm availability before visiting by messaging us on WhatsApp.
